It's good to talk... Whether you are struggling with your thoughts or feelings during pregnancy or the postnatal period, a parent with concerns about any aspect of your child's mood or behaviour, or a teenager who wants to talk to someone outside the family about something that is bothering you, I am here to help.

Based at the Wraparound Therapy Centre in Dun Laoghaire, I provide clinical psychology sessions and parenting support to individuals and families. Clinical psychologists are able to support individuals to have a better understanding of the difficulties that they are currently experiencing. In order to facilitate this process I place a high level of importance on the therapeutic relationship and provide a space which allows parents and young people to explore their difficulties in a safe, supportive, confidential and trusting environment.

I work as an integrative clinician, which means that I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs of the families I am working with. While Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my preferred model of working, reflective of my broad training I draw on a number of other models, particularly cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology ideas.

The Wraparound Centre is very conveniently located on Patrick Street in Dun Laoghaire. DART and bus services are just a short walk away, providing easy access by public transport, and ample parking is available nearby.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the services I offer, or would like to speak to me to arrange an initial consultation or to make a referral.
